Why acusolve failed to simulate whole simulation

I am using hyperwork CFD 2022.1 for simulating multiphase (air-water) dam break condition. I started a simualtion for 3 sec with predeifned volume in the begening. Acusolve started the simulation but after, 40 iteration it exits with error and failed. What could be the possible reason and how to fix it? Kinldy find the attached log file.

Best if you can add some images of what you are trying to solve showing BCs etc, along with the .inp file.  It looks like you have an outflow - but there is reverse flow.  Have you defined conditions on re-entering flow?  Can you revise the geometry to avoid the reverse flow?
